How to make students into editors

  1. Make sure all your students are successfully joined as members.
  2. Go to this url: yourwebsiteURL/roster
  3. DO NOT EDIT THE PAGE!!! Copy all of the email addresses and commas that you see on that page.

    Note: Leave this stuff out of your copied text:

    ##5/7/2005; 12:33:33 PM-- members of www.bayareawritingproject.org/ywcYourName/
    ##memberEmail,true

  4. Go to your Editors Only menu.
  5. Go to Prefs



  6. On the new left side nav bar, go to Editorial



  7. Go to the Contributing Editors text box



  8. Paste the email addresses into the text box. MAKE SURE ALL E-MAILS ARE SEPARATED BY COMMAS!!!
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit
